If your institution does not appear in the drop-down when using the institution search, then you can still verify your affiliation by requesting a verification code.

To request a verification code, click on the ‘Can’t find your institution?’ link below the search field and enter your institution email address.

If you receive an error when using your institution credentials to verify, you can try using your institution email address instead.

To verify your affiliation using your institution email address go back to the verification app and click on the ‘Can’t find your institution?’ link on the school search page. Enter your institution provided email address and a verification code will be sent to you with further instructions.

If you receive an error stating that your email address is not recognized as coming from an eligible institution, please submit proof of eligibility or contact our support team using the form below.

If you cannot automatically prove your affiliation by using your institution credentials or email domain, you can submit documentation to prove your eligibility.

If you verify your group membership or affiliation after placing an order with a merchant, you will receive a follow up email from them containing further instructions.

This email may not arrive instantaneously. If you do not receive an email, please contact the merchant you purchased from for more assistance.
